These terms and conditions apply in full to 901errands. It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. The Client's request of services from 901Errands Errand Services constitutes their acceptance of 901errands Terms & Conditions.



All delivery and errand services are based on a flat rate. We service areas within and near the Memphis Metropolitan TN-MS-AR Area. For areas outside of this radius, each additional mile will be charged at the current IRS rate. There is a minimum of one hour charged for all errand services. 901errands requests a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, but we understand that emergencies come up. Give us a call and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Services requested with less than 24 hours notice, on and/or during holidays, on weekends or outside of normal business hours (Monday – Friday 7am-6pm) are subject to availability and will incur an additional $10 charge. 901errands is not responsible for products and/or vendors not available at the requested time of service. If the task involves 901errands picking up an item(s) from a third party vendor, then it is the Client's responsibility to prepay or ensure third party acceptance of payment from 901errands. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the goods and/or services will be ready and available for 901errands at the scheduled date and time of the requested service(s). Rescheduling the service for when the products and/or services are available will be considered a new service with the same minimum one hour requirement. If specialty services are required, additional fees may apply. 901errands is fully insured for your safety and ours. 901errands reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.




Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as payment. Checks should be made out to 901errands. All clients that are registered with 901errands for monthly service packages are required to have a credit card on file. If client is not present for service, credit card will be charged. Hourly rate does not include the cost of products or services requested by the Client. Expenses incurred by 901errands will be the responsibility of the Client. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to the following: charges from vendors, mileage (outside Memphis Metropolitan TN-MS-AR Area), parking, and processing fees. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. The credit card on file may be used for returned check fees.



Occasionally a task is requested that is outside of our scope of services. If we are able to easily determine this, then we will let the Client know immediately and if possible, provide a referral to someone who can help the Client. In this case, the Client will not be charged. Sometimes it takes time to research and start working on a task before we are able to determine that we cannot complete it. In this situation, the Client will be charged for the work that was completed and if possible, provided a referral to someone who can help see the task through to completion. 901errands reserves the right to refuse any service that we consider dangerous, illegal, or unethical.




Client must provide access to home or business where service is to be provided. If 901errands cannot gain access or the Client is not available to accept delivery a fee of $10 will be charged. If repeat delivery attempts are necessary, each will be charged as a separate delivery. If additional fees are incurred (e.g. return product to a third party), those will also be the responsibility of the Client.



Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to clients who are registered with us and have monthly service packages.




We reserve the right to terminate the service of a client at any time for any reason.



901errands respects your privacy. We are committed to providing you complete confidentiality. We will not sell or exchange your information. All information provided by the Client, including, but not limited to, credit card information, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses, will be gathered for the sole purpose of providing concierge services and billing the Client for services rendered.​
